MODULAR ROOMS FOR A RANGE OF PROGRAMMATION & A SOCIAL LINK

The concert hall, cafeteria, shop and gallery are dividable and easely adjustable places for alternative uses, and privitizations. The capacity during evening openings will rise from 60 to 300 visitors.


THE CINEMIX MULTI USE ROOM

This room has an independant entrance from the Art Centre. There is a stage for 7 musicians. Nocturnal events twice a week with film projections drama happening, book inscribing and lecture… Workshops will bring together professionnals, initiated, curious, students and craftwomen/craftmen. Private rent on Monday & Tuesdays


TEMPORARY GALLERY

Conceptual exhibitions coming from other museums or international artists are present in this area. Twice a year, the gallery alternates between creation reportings of the residents and calls for projects : Utopia of a new society, Coulour & childhood…


FREESPACE: ARTISTS RESIDENCY

THE ORGANIC CAFETERIA

Built out of second hand materials, it will impulse local distibution. Between 30 and 60 meals a day (self-service), becoming a bar during nocturnals.
Take away will also be provided as well as fresh items, vegetarian hot dishes (delicatessen), salads with cereals, sandwiches, craft beers...
It will also greet an external audience, thus attracting primo-visitors.


THE SHOP

The shop will look on the street. Fac-similes, posters, original pieceworks, exclusive prints, graphic and esoteric books will be for sale.

Pens, note books and other goodies are produced with the Art Center branding and limited engravings made by artists are edited three times a year during temporary exhibitions.


THE COUNTER CULTURE LIBRARY

This is a ressource and research center presenting thousands of rare books and more than 4000 records. Mandatory appointment for consultation.
